I understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please do so at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made at least one hour in advance may be refunded in full or rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made less than one hour before your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, are non-refundable.

• If I need to cancel for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
